Universele bouwdroger – nieuwe formule

Waterschadeherstel, bouwdroging of drooghouden van koele bedrijfsruimten – voor steeds wisselende standplaatsen op verschillende bouwplaatsen is een betrouwbare droogtechniek van groot belang. Duurzaam, zonder uitvalperiodes, hoog ontvochtigingsvermogen, ook bij lage omgevingstemperaturen. Dat zijn de eisen waaraan de Bouwdroger TTK 500 van Trotec voldoet.

Deze professionele condensdroger is ontworpen voor maximale mobiliteit onder ruwe werkomstandigheden. Derhalve beschikt de TTK 500 over een verrijdbaar onderstel met verstelbare beugelgreep en grote rubberwielen, die geen strepen nalaten – bovendien is hij voorzien van een robuuste metalen behuizing.

De TTK 500 is bovendien zo ontworpen dat de apparaten bij opslag en transport in verband kunnen worden geplaatst om ruimte te besparen. Bij opslag kunnen zelfs tot 3 apparaten op elkaar worden gestapeld.

Efficiënt droogproces voor een krachtig vermogen van maar liefst 70 l/24 h

Voor een effectieve luchtontvochtiging is de TTK 500 voorzien van een krachtige, automatische heetgas-ontdooiing met bypass-proces, die slechts zeer korte dooifases nodig heeft, waardoor de droogcapaciteit  toeneemt en het apparaat ideaal is voor een optimale luchtontvochtiging in onverwarmde ruimten en ruimten met lage temperaturen.

De combinatie van hoog ontvochtigingsvermogen bij een minimaal energieverbruik, de grote mate van mobiliteit en het ruimtebesparend gebruik maakt de TTK 500 tot de ideale ontvochtiger, zelfs bij lage temperaturen – voor langdurig gebruik ook optioneel verkrijgbaar met hygrostaat en condenspomp.

100 % bouwdroger – de naam zegt het al

Een industriële luchtontvochtiger is nog niet per definitie een bouwdroger. Een bouwdroger is meer: het apparaat moet een groot luchtdebiet hebben, geschikt zijn voor continu gebruik, op de werkplaats, in een koude omgeving. Bouwdrogers zijn hun investering niet waard wanneer ze permanent in de opslagruimte staan en al helemaal niet als ze in reparatie zijn.

Daarom zijn de bouwdrogers uit de TTK-serie in alle opzichten ontworpen voor een hoog ontvochtigingsvermogen en een lange gebruiksduur. De apparaten functioneren ook op de bouw betrouwbaar en zonder onderbreking – en mocht het toch nodig zijn dan is onderhoud snel gepleegd:

TTK 500 en TTK 900 beschikken over een innovatief centraal onderstel met een eenvoudig en snel afneembare, robuuste metalen behuizing. Ideaal voor service, onderhoud en reiniging.

De elektronica is niet alleen speciaal ingekapseld waardoor hij op betrouwbare wijze beschermd is tegen schadelijke invloeden – ze is bovendien modulair ontworpen en de afzonderljke elektronicamodulen zijn onderhoudsvriendelijk met elkaar verbonden. De uitwisseling van afzonderlijke modules gaat derhalve snel en probleemloos, zelfs op de standplaats: stekker eruit, module wisselen, stekker weer insteken – klaar. Onderbrekingen in verband met onderhoud kunnen zo tot een minimum worden teruggebracht.
